With outstanding legislative colleague Rep. Mary Ann Hanusa and the Rev. Nathan Sherrill, excellent Pastor of Council Bluffs’ St. Paul Lutheran Church (Missouri Synod) at the Iowa State Capitol this morning. Pastor Sherill opened the convening of the house today with morning prayer. I am so proud of this great family man who throughout his ministry prays with zeal in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ, and who has done so much to advance the building of a culture of life in our beloved State of Iowa!
